“Too true. Everyone wouldn’t attend one of their functions again.” Aaron nodded. “Who knows, maybe she’ll be chill about it. It was nice of him to invite you anyway.” Aaron laughed. “Like always.” 

“Exactly.” James shrugged. “Hopefully and it was. We get a free meal and free alcohol so it’s definitely worth attending.” 

“Well the ultimate goal is Wall Street. I just want to check out all the options you know? Cover all the bases.”

“Oh so you’re shooting for the land of corruption and talking heads.” James replied casually.

“You’re going to your ex’s wedding? That’s weird.”

“He’s still a good friend so it’s not.”

Leo: I mean, you can wear them if you like, but I'll be ripping them off

“Maybe not but you do you, mi reina. Don’t force yourself to dress up if you don’t want to, you look good no matter what.”

“Wow, this took a deep turn.  But thank you. That means a lot. Maybe I should just send you in my place, you’d look hot in this.”

“Then you look perfect for every occasion.”

“Then it’s settled. Thank you very much. You are a fantastic advise giver and confidence booster.”

“Who is to say that they aren’t everywhere and choose not to be bothered with the living unless they have unfinished business?”

“That would make more sense but unfinished business is stupid. The people that are alive can finish it.”

‘’ we’re also stinky too– but. eh.’’ shrugging, he waves it off and pauses momentarily to use his shirt to wipe his face. ‘’ i think i’m done, but– did you want to get on and us the machine ?? ‘’

“You can’t smell as bad as my cleats so I think we’re fine.” She shook her head. “Not a big fan of machines. More of a bodyweight athlete.”

“Yeah, it’s always good to have a back up, see what options you have.”

“What type of job are you looking for?”

“Me either, so I hope there’s an open bar instead. Are you actually nervous though? I feel like I would be if I were going to an ex’s wedding.” Aaron ran his hands through his hair and posed in the mirror. “Exactly. All eyes on the Middleton twins.”

“Let’s be real. If there’s not an open bar, everyone is going to judge them hardcore.” James shrugged. “Not really, I broke up with him and it’s not like I still hold any feelings. I just know the bride is gonna hate me being there.” She laughed before nodding. “All eyes are always on the Middleton twins.”

“Well I appreciate the concern but most guys look better sweating so it works.”
