Loving Life God's Way

Revelation 3:20 - Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and eat with him, and he with me. ,,, Jesus is never far. He's right there waiting to hear from you. Jesus will never force himself on you. Reach out to Jesus today and experience his love and grace

You cannot resist the devil on your own. You must humble yourself before God, submit yourself to God, and release everything to Him. Ask the holy Spirit to fight for you. This is the way to be victorious

Romans 8:18 - For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. ,, when everything seems hopeless, remember what awaits you in the future. Your future is eternity with Jesus in heaven. What you suffer now will seem like nothing compared to that. Your present may be bad but your future is perfect and beautiful

1 John 1:9 - If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. ,, God doesn't say he will think about it or that he will get back to us. It's a sure thing, if we confess from our heart God will forgive us. It's a done deal. But God doesn't stop there, he goes on to say that he will also cleanse us from all unrighteousness. It's like our sin never happened. The blood of Christ is the most powerful cleansing agent known to man

John 15:12 - “This is my commandment, that you love one another as I have loved you. ,, Jesus gave up heaven and his life for us. To love like this is impossible without Jesus in your life. Jesus to the holy Spirit can help us to love others even when we disagree with them.

There is a special blessing for those that are willing to stand up for Jesus. It's not about persecution but about love for God, trusting God and living righteously in a world that hates God

Being a peacemaker doesn't mean that you can compromise on God's truth. It does mean considering the other person's situation and where they are coming from. It means looking for areas where there is agreement and being willing to let go of things that really aren't important or essential. Jesus was the ultimate peacemaker but he never compromised on anything

2 Corinthians 12:9 - He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly of my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Your power, value and worth do not come from within but rather they come through the power of God via the shed blood of Jesus Christ and the power of the Holy Spirit. God can use you if you surrender to Him

We were not saved for self we were saved to be selfless. God wants us to represent him and Jesus well on this earth and live a life that helps others to see who Jesus is and their need for Him

We are not saved to sit but instead we are saved to serve. As a follower of Jesus, we have a purpose and God has a job for us. God will do what it takes to help us grow and to flourish if we will let Him. Purpose today to grow and be fruitful

2 Corinthians 9:7 - Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. ,, Our must come from the heart out of a love for God and His love for others. There will be no reward for giving that is done begrudgingly

When we are sensitive to leading of the holy Spirit and are being obedient to God we don't have to worry so much about what to say because God's promises that he will speak through us. God never asked us to do something that he is not willing to help us to do

Isaiah 12:2 - God is my salvation; I will trust, and will not be afraid; for the Lord God is my strength and my song, and he has become my salvation.” ,, Is this true of you? Do you really believe this? Do you live this? Can others see that you believe this?

Spend time with people that challenge you to be better. The reality is, that you become like the people you hang out with and you allow to be an influence in your life

Jesus didn't just wake up one day and say to God the Father, I want to go into the world and die for these people. No, He was sent as part of God's original plan for the salvation of people. In the same way, God is sending us to share his love and his story with people

Don't stress over the outcome of your work for Jesus. God never expects us to change hearts or change minds. Our only job is to share Jesus with others. Let them know how much they need Jesus in their lives. God is the only one that can change hearts and bring them into His kingdom. Do your job and trust God to do His job

It's not a belt your works and effort but about God's love and grace and your surrender. Acknowledge today that you are a sinner in need of a savior and call on Jesus
