i hope everyone is doing okay after this situation, regardless of whether you're a nickstorian or groypette! i do not exactly have new thoughts to offer but from what i have seen, i generally agree with the majority of people who have spoken out with this incident. the only thing i can really say to people who are struggling to get over a fixation, especially someone like nick fuentes - i promise it does get easier. it'll take time and moving on from other things when one fixation is throttling you so strongly is easier said than done but no one would fault you ever for engaging with other stuff or doing what you have to do in order to educate yourself on the extent of nick's harm if it felt lost in translation along the way, even if it means taking a step back from social medias altogether. i also would like to briefly clarify that despite the gripes i've had with some people, i do not wish to see them in actual danger or being harassed/doxxed, etc. final thing to note: i would highly encourage people to keep reminding yourself that nick fuentes, at the end of the day is not a good person and not someone to take seriously, considering his only notable trait in terms of his political opinions nowadays is contrarianism. i know it sounds VERY obvious but sometimes repeating that over in your head and making that emphasis can be more helpful than you realise when consuming content of his. he cannot stick with an original thought and even when he does have thoughts, they're horrible and discriminate against the majority of us here or anywhere else. it might be easier for others if they happen to be part of a group that gets discriminated against for things so they know first hand (cough. myself & others, etc) but i promise making that distinction can aid in the prevention of making any bad decisions or disregarding your own political leanings.
