Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about a college AU where Klavier, Simon, and Nahyuta are roommates. After talking with @acutelyrelated about a few ideas, we started coming up different scenarios and headcanons for them. Originally started as a brOT3 but quickly became an OT3.

 Yurio ep 11: Sets new world record

Me: 

Yuri lives at home. He probably only pays a phone bill, thus he has money to burn. He doesn’t pay rent. He doesn’t pay bills (aside from the phone more than likely). He’s not even paying a coaching fee! He’s not gonna starve, I’m 99.999999999999999% sure his mother would feed him 12 bowls of katsudon before she let him starve on Ramen. Thusly, the boy has money to burn.

Yurio is the breadwinner of his family, in Juniors. Figure Skating isn’t a volunteer sport, especially for men’s. You have sponsors, and if you place, you get paid even better (a bonus) than if you don’t place. Yurio has been placing (as has Yuri), so they both are getting paid well. Like I said, money to burn. except, Yurio. See next point.

AGAIN, Yurio is the breadwinner of his family. He supports his family. At 15. If you are compairing yourself, as a 15 year old, to Yuri, then quit school, and get a full time job. Have your parents quit and you support them. Then, and only then, when you support your family and work hard enough to insure that everyone is fed, clothed and have a roof over their head, you can then compair yourself to him. He is way more mature than the normal 15 year old.
