fyi the bratz dolls are pretty cheap compared ot barbie and mh. the community really fought against all the scalpers and won so u can still get the old ones for a good price. on vinted theres dolls still packaged for 30 euro so i assume its way cheaper in the us

there are two specific bratz dolls i remember so vividly tho but only by appearance. please dont feel obligated to actually look i just need to rant for nostalgia sake </3

one was a super light blond who i usually put in a baby blue fur hat, skirt, tight tanktop, and blue furry highheels. she had baby blue eyeshadow and i think a pink lip.

the other was a bit darker in skin tone and had straight dark brown hair with a streak of blonde (so ahead of the curve lowkey). i think i would put her in a green tank and a dark brown skirt but im less certain of that outfit. she had smokey eyeshadow. she looked like she smoked cigs and made it sexy too.

like deadass they probably awakened me. i was obsessed with them i thought they were gorggggeous and wanted to date the if they were real people

i used to be a bratz girl bc their outfits and bodies were HOT!!!!!! the clothes deadass pop off and theres soooo much variety. it lowkey puts every other major doll collection to shame. (maybe my collection was just so accumulative and from so many sets that it only felt that way for me, but i do think they just came with a lot more clothes.)

the clothes are soooooo good and the quality is pretty good too from what ive heard. they were never popular here tho so u had the choose between barbie or monster high (their knock offs and later on eah got popular too)

yeah i saw quite a few dolls having two in outfits in a pack? not sure how often that happened tho. mh had the i heart fashion line (one doll with multiple outfits) or outfit packs (no doll just the outfit) but g3 doesnt have any of that anymore. they have expensive fashion pack dolls (the skulltimate secrets line) but they are honestly ass. u get a dress a top a bottom two pair of shoes one set of jewellery some weird accessories and often sunglasses. in comparison the i heart fashion line u got 3 pair of shoes, a bunch of jewllery, 2 bottoms a top and a dress, my doll had a whole ass coat too, sunglasses and more i cant remembber rn. also without the fuckass plastic case STOP WITH THE PLASTIC MATTEL

i deadass dont remember buying a single bratz doll. most of my toys besides mlps were given to me in large trash bags from some distant cousin cleaning out their own kids collection. i have no idea how they were sold, i just remember having an ASSLOAD of extra clothes and accessories.

and they were pretty good quality from what i can remember! they didnt break/rip easily and felt like real clothes, just mini.

mh dolls seems like more a collectors item than something kids actually played with. even my cousins and friends who DID have monster highs would mostly just display them. only playing with a few beat up ones. and that sucks bc they should honestly give even more accessories and customization features, then!!

theyd make so much money if they literally just sold hair kits, clothing kits, item kits. it isnt like theyd do it for any other reason

#tho tbf a lot of the clothes that do exist for mh are realllly fucking cute
