Everytime I listened to Black Knife I thought... doesn't the main melody kinda sound like the motif for Lost Girl but altered, and a look into my twisted mind? I couldn't find anyone mentioning this online, at least not the specific part of the song I was thinking of.

To avoid getting into the nitty gritty of music theory stuff, which I think would be a bit inaccessible for explaining my point also I'm lazy, I recreated the two melodies I was thinking of and then edited them so hopefully people can hear what I'm talking about.

Pretty cool. This is where I thought it ended. But I specifically wrote Girl Next Door in my sketch instead of Lost Girl. I mean, Lost Girl is even the song that is covered on https://deltarune.com/dess/ .

This is still pretty good but I wanna talk about Girl Next Door specifically.

I put Girl Next Door, the song associated with Noelle, here because Black Knife uses the leitmotif used in The Door (song that plays in chapter 1 when Kris and Susie open the closet.)

Door, right. So while the phrase "girl next door" means the friendly girl in your neighborhood, I suggest that it could be interpreted more literally. The Door is a leitmotif heavily associated with The Roaring Knight, and Noelle is the girl next door.
