Got new glowing fothon wheels today. Powerslide. Four of them stopped working after 2 hours. Calling them tomorrow.

I travelled 2 hours today to new hampshire to watch a roller derby bout. but i got there super early so i could skate their public session first. which was empty. i set up some cones and did my thing. after the bout i was approached by the rink owner. he said... hey just wanted to thank you for skating in our rink today. i sent some video of you skating here earlier to my general manager and we'd like to offer you free skating, on us, to come back next time you're available. he wants to talk to you.

Also had a recent usars conference call. The changes happening in the slalom scene are plentiful. It’s causing a new outlook and relationship towards the sport in this country. Things will grow faster this year.
