Having been caught (in truth he hadn’t been hiding his presence at all in order to judge if the creature was a long distance Stand on autopilot or not) Rohan takes this moment to halt his steps.

Thin eyebrow quirking up in interest he leans forward just the slightest--sizing up the tangible creature before just a few feet before him. The deer like creature left footprints (hoof prints to be exact) in the dirt path they walked upon so it was clearly not a Stand seeing as it had a weight to it.

Jotaro didn’t bother responding to Rohan’s snark as he trailed after him. He didn’t enter with the same confidence Rohan clearly had, preoccupied with looking around and familiarising himself with the artist’s home. He had been looking at the book titles on a nearby bookshelf when he realised that Rohan was awaiting his answer.

Belatedly, he said, “You are an artist. You said you make art.” Jotaro had never quite equated art with manga, having always thought of the medium as entertainment than fine art. He wouldn’t mention this thought, however, assuming that Rohan would get offended by such a remark. “I don’t… have much time to read. Pink Dark Boy is,” he had to think of the right word to say, ”light enough.”

Like a switch being flipped the small traces that placed Rohan in a good mood (such as a lightness to his steps and a relaxed yet refined posture) were replaced with sour demeanor. Slender fingers tighten over glasses in hand before setting them down on the nearest counter.
