Tadc mario: he shows up around ep 4 and unlike the rest of the circus crew ENJOYS Caine's adventures and does try to include caine in the circus crew shenanigans and games and enjoys his time with everyone but his best friend to be with is Luigi who he consters his brother.

Tadc luigi: he shows up after mario and mario happens to be the first person he met and who quickly became his best friend (who also who he consters mario his brother) while he does enjoy some of Caine's adventures he (like the cast) does find them to be tortuous at times.

Fight club mario: he is a referee for the fight club he got a job there after luigi showed him and his manager (rosalena) the amount of money you can make doing jobs in the city area. He is responsible for enforcing the rules, maintaining fighter safety, and stopping cheating and bribes. His fighting style is a mix of being agile and aggressive and enforcing dodging parrys and counters

Fight club luigi: he works around the city outside the fight club after his manger (egad) show him the jobs you can take so they can make money for their match but after learning he can make money OUTSIDE of the fight club he decided to take as many jobs he can but also to tell mario about this info. Luigi and Mario see no point in becoming champion or getting popular.  Luigi is a weapon master who mostly uses objects and well..weapons instead of his fists.

Duffy's circus mario: his mind had been broken on his first day from the jester. He does not see the world the same as anyone; he sees it as “a happy place for us” unaware of the jesters actions. He treats the jester as if she was his best friend for a reason no one can seem to understand.

Duffy's circus luigi: his mind had ALSO been broken on his first day from the jester. Now he can be mistaken for a lifeless corpse showing and feeling no emotions whatsoever. 

Grand casino mario: mario used to be a manager for a singer and actress (pauline) however she got kidnaped by a gang and was going to be tortured to get info of where she keeps her money. Mario after finding their hideout and realizing Pauline was being tortured he went in and murdered everyone in the gang. He was able to get off scott free because of detective luigi who he works under.

Grand casino luigi: luigi is a scummy detective with a stupid amount of luck. He helped Mario get off from his murder case after reliving that Mario had potential he needed. So with witness help from Pauline and messing with the evidence he was able to make it look like multiple people killed the gang, not just one and have it so were Mario looked like he had no involvement with it in the first place. 

Digital Wonderland mario: along with wario who takes the role of tweety dee mario takes the role of tweedle dum

Digital Wonderland luigi: he acts like a narrator who seems to follow pomni and narrates her actions.

Digital Guardians mario: mario died during an expedition but somehow he was able to come back to life as a ghost however only luigi can see him and he does not know why.

Digital Guardians luigi: luigi did not exist before pomni showed up and intuitively made luigi from her little knowledge of luigi and mario knowing that they were best friends. Luigi for a reason he does not know can see the deceased mario ghost.

Replacement code mario: basically the same as his tadc variant
