little lowkey promo until I have time to make a better one, just so you know this exists!
Multi. Mutuals only. Created on june 17th 2026, still a bit of a work in progress. Written by ele, 35+, not open to crossovers (only writing these women in the Boys for now), for rpers over 21. Haven't seen Gen Z yet nor read the comics. Most important rule: Just because you follow me back, I do not expect you to write with ALL of my characters, ESPECIALLY if they are connected to your muse.
That said, please do read the rest of the rules and the bios, because either the characters are oc or very canon divergent, and some have restricted interactions.
People I'd like to write for The Boys:
-Kimiko, but my AU version where after looking at tiktok for a year she uses words like Vibes, 67, and calls Butcher 'problematic', but she can be written with so very few people given how she'd refuse to interact with most -Homelander's mother who was kept in cryo and must have some godlike power by now, otherwise she'll end up murdered too fast -Becca but she also must get some kind of powers, not because I want her to be strong but just because she's going to die so hard if she doesn't have them, come on. I'd prefer to keep her human but HOW.
his thumb shifted slightly against her shoulder, barely more than a small stroke of reassurance, though the gesture lingered just long enough to remind her that he was still there. still close. still the thing standing between her and everyone else.
king of the supes.
that part, admittedly, helped.
a faint smile touched his mouth before he arranged it into something softer. something that looked less like satisfaction and more like gratitude. humility, even, though the shape of it did not sit naturally on his face.
“that’s right,” he said gently. “you can trust me.”
the words came warm and steady. the kind of voice people wanted from him when they were frightened. the kind of voice vought put behind charity campaigns and memorial speeches and flag-draped promises about tomorrow. comforting enough, if one did not listen too closely to the possession tucked beneath it.
his expression shifted when she called herself a monster.
“no,” he said, quiet but firm. “don’t say that.”
there was a slight tightening in his jaw at the mention of kefka. not entirely performed, perhaps. ownership was a language homelander understood too well, both from the side of the cage and the side holding the lock. someone claiming to have made her. someone deciding that creation meant possession. that, he did not like. not because it was wrong in principle. because it was competition.
“you’re one of us.” the phrase came easily. beautifully. dangerously. his hand squeezed her shoulder once, light enough to pass as kindness. “and we protect our own.”
he let the promise sit there because he knew how promises sounded to people who had been starved of them. bigger than truth. safer than facts. she would hear what she needed to hear in it, and he would let her.
for now.
“as for kefka…”
the softness faded by degrees, replaced by something colder beneath the calm. not rage exactly. not yet. rage would have been too much for her. too frightening. this was controlled. deliberate. the voice of someone who wanted her to believe the monster was useful because it was pointed away from her.
“if he comes after vought, he dies.”
he let his hand fall from her shoulder then, but slowly, as though removing comfort by choice rather than accident.
“you want to help?” he asked. a small nod followed, approving.“good.”
the word was warm enough to sound like praise.
“then you start by listening to me. no more talk about prisons. no more talk about making you less than what you are. and definitely no more listening to people like ashley when they start panicking over things they don’t understand.”
his eyes remained fixed on her.
“you stay here. you train. you learn control. and if anyone tries to take you, use you, or make you feel like you belong to them again…”
his smile sharpened just slightly.
“you come to me first.”
She hadn't expected the most famous Supe to be so understanding and sweet, but there he was, doing his best to make her feel comfortable. Everyone at Vough had been trying, in fact, and it was no wonder that Kefka had always spoken with anger of their American competition: he was evil, they were good. Simple as that.
"One of us..." she repeated softly, trying the words for herself. There had never been an us, just her, and attempts to imitate others by giving her that horrid, deadly power. As if what she had wasn't enough.
That part of her that she didn't like, the part that hated Kefka, wanted Vough to kill him, but Terra doubted Homelander would appreciate bloodthirst. She didn't, it was simply impossible to shove it away when she remembered his face. But she couldn't help the way her expression relaxed slightly at Homelander's threat, wanting the scientist to disappear.
"I can do that," she agreed, because his conditions weren't just easy, but things she was happy to do, "And... Ashley is very nice. She told me I can even choose what to eat. And what I wear. I have never..." she gave a little shrug, unable to finish the sentence because there was no way to put in words just how much freedom she was being offered there. "She was hiding that incident from me. I just-I wanted to know. I don't like secrets. It's not her fault." She didn't even know what to do with it. She didn't know what she liked. But the clothes she had pointed out from magazines had made the stylists extremely happy - they had used phrases she didn't get exactly, 'it gives c-pop idol' 'yes, that's the right kind of feminine', but their expressions were clearly pleased, so she had felt more confident until the eavesdropping incident.
"I can also fight back if they try to take me away, right? I've watched a couple of your movies now, all the heroes fight. Can I fight if I don't kill them?"
his gaze stayed fixed on her face, studying every flicker of uncertainty there. every crack where guilt had begun to settle in. guilt was useful. fear was useful too, if handled correctly. too much and people ran. just enough and they clung to the first steady thing in front of them. right now, he intended to be that thing.
“they’re not going to arrest you.” the words came firmly, almost protective. “not while i’m here.”
he let that sit between them for a moment. not as reassurance exactly. as a fact. he stepped a little closer then, slowly enough not to startle her, though the movement still carried that unmistakable weight of someone used to entering a space and becoming the most important thing inside it.
“people are scared,” he continued, voice still gentle, though something colder sat beneath it now. “when people are scared, they need someone to point at. someone to blame. they don’t care about what really happened. they don’t care that you were alone, confused, controlled.”
a pause. his expression softened again.
“but i do.”
the lie was beautiful in its simplicity. he tilted his head slightly, watching her like he was offering kindness rather than a cage with nicer lighting.
“you are not going anywhere. you are not being handed over to police, or the government, or whoever thinks they get to decide what happens to you because they read some report and got scared.”
his eyes narrowed faintly.
“vought found you. i found you.” another step closer. “that means you’re under my protection now.”
there it was. soft enough to sound like safety. firm enough to mean ownership. his gaze drifted briefly over her, taking in the fear, the guilt, the uncertainty. all of it so painfully easy to shape.
“what you need is control. guidance. someone who understands what it means to have the whole world look at you and decide you’re either a miracle or a monster.” he leaned in just slightly, not enough to threaten. enough to make the moment feel private. “and trust me, sweetheart, i understand that better than anyone.”
his hand settled lightly on her shoulder then, if she allowed it. reassuring to anyone watching. possessive to anyone who knew better.
“so here’s what’s going to happen,” he said softly. “you’re going to stop listening to rumours. you’re going to stop punishing yourself for things you can’t even remember. and you’re going to let me handle this.” his smile lingered. gentle. terrible. “because the people out there?” he nodded faintly toward the rest of the world beyond the room. “they don’t want the truth. they want something to fear.”
his eyes returned to hers.
“but you don’t have to be afraid of me. you just have to trust me.”
She was instantly grateful for not only the offer of protection, but the lack of disgust and fear that came from him - of course her memories were a mess, still, but she had enough glimpses to remember what felt like permanent terror from the scientists around her, long before the mind-controlling device had been stuck in her head. She didn't want that. She wanted to be like Homelander, the hero she saw on TV.
Control. Yes she definitely needed that, even if she couldn't imagine being in charge. It was somewhat shocking to be allowed to choose what to eat there at the tower, let alone what to do with herself. Her body relaxed even more when he gently touched her shoulder, her heart slowing down from the previous fear-induced pounding. Hand on shoulder - good. Something new to learn.
"I trust you," she agreed quickly, how could she not? If he was so kind, there was no other way. "And I'm not afraid of you, I know you are a hero. You are like... the king of the supes."
And for a good reason. His powers were amazing, saved people, while hers brought death everywhere.
"But... I do think I'm a monster," she whispered as an apologetic confession, "Kefka... the scientist in charge, I remember him," and there was a note in her voice, something beyond fear, a resentment so deep it made her uncomfortable - she wanted him dead, and that was just more proof there was something wrong with her. Her books said the heroes didn't want to kill. "He said he made me. And that was why no one would come and get me out of there... of the lab. And no one ever tried. So it must be... it must be true. Who would... who would do the things he did to a person? I..." she trailed off, because it didn't matter if she wasn't a person, she had choices now, "But I promise you, I will do everything I can to help now."
She could be sent to prison too if needed, as long as it wasn't one run by that man. "Just... be careful. He's out there and he thinks I'm his. He may come after Vough."

angsty injury things … sentence starters
“Can you walk?”
“That looks broken.“
“That’s a lot of blood.”
“Tell me where it hurts.”
“Why are you bleeding?“
“That’s not just a scratch.”
“I thought you were dead!”
“Don’t you pass out on me!”
“Hey, hey, stay with me, ok?“
“You got hurt, again? Again?”
“Just sit up and breathe, ok?“
“Holy crap, you look like hell.”
“What happened to your leg?“
“Thank god you’re breathing…”
“You should get that looked at.”
“You can barely walk. Sit down.”
“I’m going to carry you, now, ok?”
“Is it bleeding? It’s still bleeding?”
“Where’d you get those bruises?”
“Don’t move, you’ll make it worse!“
“We need to get you to a hospital.“
“You were really hurt. Really hurt…”
“Oh, that’s going to leave a bruise.”
“How many fingers am I holding up?“
“Here, press this against the wound.”
“Here, lean on me. I’ll help you walk.”
“Hold still, I have to bandage this up.”
“Don’t move, I’m getting a first-aid kit.”
“Why didn’t you tell me it was this bad?”
“How the hell did you do this to yourself?“
“Shush, just concentrate on staying awake.”
“This is going to hurt, but I need to clean that.”
“Oh, god. Please be alive. Please still be alive!”
“On a scale of 1 to 10, how much does it hurt?“
“That looks pretty bad. I think you need stitches.”
“What do you mean you’re fine? You are not fine!”
“You should lay down, you hit your head pretty hard.”
“Well… I hope you at least gave as good as you got.”
“That’s a really nasty looking bruise. Need some ice?”
“I got you. It’s gonna be okay, you’re going to be okay.”
“I don’t know how you’re even conscious at this point.”
“Stop being so stubborn and just let me patch you up!”
“You’re going to stay in bed and heal. I’ll handle things.”
“I’m going to find you did this to you, and I’m going to kill them.”
“’Don’t do that’, I said. ‘You’ll get hurt’, I said. And what did you do?”
“So, you tried bandaging this up, and you… well, you did your best.”
“Oh, thank god, you’re finally awake. Thought I lost you for a minute there.”
“I found you laying out there in the cold. Had to fight to keep you breathing.”
“Okay, no, I’m not laughing. Not laughing. Are you okay? That must’ve hurt.”
“Who did this to you? And, no, I’m not going to believe this was an accident.”
“Of course I’m worried about you. You keep getting hurt, and keep not letting people look after you.”
“I bandaged you up while you were out and… this isn’t the first time you’ve been hurt this bad, is it? I saw the scars.”
for those who’ve been hurt … sentence starters
tw: victim-blaming / dismissing hurt. change pronouns / wording as needed
“You deserved better.”
“You’ve lost a lot, haven’t you?”
“I mean, you hurt them a lot, too.”
“I won’t hurt you the way they did.”
“You deserve to feel safe. And happy.”
“There’s nothing wrong with being wary.”
“You never shouldn’t been treated that way.”
“They aren’t here. they can’t hurt you, again.”
“How long are you going to let this affect you?”
“I know you don’t trust me, yet, and that’s okay.”
“I’m sorry. I want to earn your trust back. Please.”
“No, I’m not upset with you, why would you — oh.”
“You’ve been through a lot. It’s okay. We’ll take it slow.”
“Why can’t you just get over it? It happened so long ago.”
“You haven’t said a word since it happened. Are you okay?”
“You’re still healing. It’s only natural you don’t trust anyone, yet.”
“Why didn’t you ever tell someone what you were going through?”
“What happened to you was unfair… it’s okay to be angry about it.”
“Do you think you’ll ever be able to forgive them for what they did?”
“You’re a better person than they ever were, and this just proves it.”
“If you ever want to talk about it, you know I’ll always be here to listen.”
“You’re safe here. I know it’ll take you a while to believe it, but you are.”
“Just because they hurt you doesn’t mean everyone else is out to get you, too.”
“I know you’ve been hurt in the past, and I promise, I’ll never let that happen, again.”
“Cry. Scream. Break something if you need to. Just… you need to process this somehow.”
