-i am worthy + deserving of taking up space

-i am enough. right here. right now

-the sound of my heartbeat is a gift, a symphony

-i align myself with what is best for me

-i am loved...even when i might not feel it

-i am worthy of releasing all that does not serve me

-everything that makes up my entire being is valid

-i deserve growth + healing

-i allow myself to receive the same love i give to others

-i am worthy of genuine smiles

-my worth is not defined in anything external

-i bring value exactly as i am

-i have gotten through hardship that i thought i wouldn’t overcome. that is immense strength. keep going

-i deserve to rest when i’m tired or burned out

-i am worthy of nourishment. mind, body and soul

-i allow myself to radiate when i feel good. it is not selfish or vain
