breaking news! sunshinepixels starts another project that will never get finished 😀

anyone remember sim state university ? lol, i don't. anyway this is my new interest: creating a little city world, mostly based off chicago, with some elements of nyc. im between editing an existing world (brooklyn heights by mysimsrealty is the one im in rn) or creating my own from scratch. we'll see where the wind takes me. these pics were taken in CAW so ignore the grid and build mode UI >.<

this first set of shots are a little pizza place i found on google maps, but I changed it to be a takky beach themed sports bar. there isn't even one tv in any of the shots but i swear they exist. it's the most finished thing i got as of right now lol

these next two shots are of a little apartment/condo situation, housing in the city confuses me, i am a floridian so don't hate... educate ;P badum chaaaaa 🥁

yeah its cute its like an 8plex or smth, not 100% sure what it's actually called. inside is actually super spacious irl, that was not translated in the sims tho soooo

last is a karaoke place situated next to (legit on the same lot) as the sports bar, its not even remotely done but the building is fun. i was gonna do a dojo next door but im thinking of leaving it empty and putting a "for lease sign up front", not in the mood to see sims do dumb shit when i just want them to go to happy hour lol
