oh how cruel

anyway some people on this website are so selective in their mental health advocacy/activism. like they talk about “raising awareness” and “combating ableism” and “destroying stigmas” then r downright nasty and literally ableist to psychotic, clustered, and dissociative folk and im tired of it. like, just say u’ll only care about the mental illnesses that u have chosen as not “dangerous” or ”inherently abusive” or “too much work to handle” or “untreatable” or “freaky” and that u have no problem painting whole swaths of people as monsters as u prance around and claim to want to “end the stigmas”. if you are selective in ur advocacy and purposefully ‘forget’, ridicule, and demean people like us ur literally not an advocate, ur just another one of those Socially Acceptable Ableists™ painting urself as an advocate lmao.
