"Boothill." Sunday urged, book held open in his gloved hands. "I'm comin'!" Boothill said, walking out the bathroom. He had been "washing" up in there, in reality just taking off a facemask. After all, it was the only true part of him. The only part he tolerated. "What's that?" They said, climbing into the bed. "A book, I want to read it to you." Sunday explained. Moving his arm so Boothill could move himself onto the others chest. He didn't say anything, but did wait. "So," Sunday started, the words pouring from the book, into his mouth, and out into boothills ears. Quickly, the cyborg had fallen asleep, and Sunday continued reading aloud. It was comforting. They were both at home, after all.

Sunday trills and makes other bird sounds when he and Boothill cuddle, at first Boothill thought Sunday had a pet bird or something. "Hey suga' what's that sound?" "what sound?" "Your bird, shut em' up. They're forkin annoyin." "I don't have a bird, dear." "oh!!"

Sunday listens to softer music, mostly classical. Boothill listens to hard metal

After Sunday heard about his daughter, he got Boothill a bunch of custom made dolls that tried its best to look like how Sunday thought of his daughter. He got it completely wrong but Boothill is VERY happy with said dolls.

Boothill ate a huge chunk of bros bible.

I have a personal headcanon that Boothill and Sunday have a like, love/hate rivalry. Not in the “I hate your guts and we’re enemies but I love you and if you died I would take myself out just to see you again” way, but in the “I know you ate the last fucking bag of chips you’re the only one who knows that’s my favorite flavor but damnit your face looks so sad and cute and I want to kiss you” way.

Also I like to think Boothill calls Sunday birdie in an endearing way whenever Sunday’s mad at him and it cause Sunday to freeze up just long enough for Boothill to get away to the nearest shops to buy an apology gift. (another headcannon is that Boothill’s love languages are gifts and acts of service while Sunday’s are quality time and words of affirmation)
