I am so proud of it and it took me longer than usual. I haven’t drawn these two in almost a year— maybe more. Obviously this is a new art style I’ve been using I’ve used the same one for the Belle💛 dress— and some other artworks I haven’t posted yet. But I’m so happy with how it turned out.

I learned that it’s okay to start over if you don’t like a part of your drawing. 😭 I used to REALLY struggle with that cause you know I’m kinda lazy and I want to see the end result asap, but this time when I felt the positioning was off, I changed the whole positioning. I felt the Color scheme was off, I changed the colors. I didn’t like the bg, I changed it. I even cropped some parts I had planned to include. The hair details I redrew twice then opted to leave them out! The white highlights, I think I repeated them three to four times. But I’m, in the end, VERY happy with how it turned out.

anyone know this aesthetic “80s Hong Kong pre-wedding” photographs. I’m OBSESSED

and I collected like 40 after three hours of searching all over platforms I have and now I have to choose like six or seven cause I physically can’t draw all forty. I could over a long period of time but I know my hyper fixations last for only a week and I want it to be a productive week.

These are some of my favourites (ik I drew like two of them alr. And some are unrelated) but which ones should I draw?

also I think it’s clear Wip 1 and 2 were my struggle to draw something without direct reference.

idk am I extra? Should I keep this style or rather my old one (simple) idk a part of me wants to draw some one piece characters in this style (so much glitter and colors and shine)

Redraw

Guys I don’t know why I just realised, after five years of playing this game, that Umeko and Matsuko are such underrated fem characters like why not ship them with any of the lords??

for example Yukimura and Nobuyuki are easy to ship with characters like that, Jinpachi too.

On the other hand characters like Saizo, Sakuya and Toshiie are just too specific to MC. (I’m excluding Sasuke, even though we know he was ninja-MC’s first crush and saviour, cause he kinda clicks with everyone— it’s easy for him to pull a woman. And excluding Ieyasu too cause… he needs some kind of divine intervention in order to like anyone (MC is just the mc ig.)

I really wanna draw one of the girls (Umeko or Matsuko) with one of the lords, or even side characters.
