I am pleased to wake up before sunrise and start my morning routine. Hygiene is very important for a locked formal lad. I shave my face evey morning and wash in a cold shower. I slick my hair and put on a pair of fresh white briefs over my chastity cage. I then put on my freshly ironed shirt and slacks. To top it off, I wear my brown dress shoes with matching navy calf socks and a meticulous knotted tie. I look in the mirror and I am reminded that I very much enjoy the formality.

I wonder if anyone else has noticed the effects of the last 3 weeks…

Being off work, is no excuse for not remaining formal. Today I awoke before my 6am alarm from a raging attempted hardon in my chastity cage. I took it as a sign to begin my day. I shaved my face and stepped into the could shower. After, I put on my regulation white briefs, slacks, dressshirt, dresssocks, undershirt, and stripped tie. I than went about my day. Thank you Sir for teaching me how to be a better version of myself.

Today Sir chose a prep look for me to wear. I was made to wear pleated khakis, a fresh polo, and to top it off, boat shoes. Underneath my preppy exterior, my locked manhood pulsates at the idea of continued denial. I am kept to focus on more important things. Potentially a workout program to instill discipline, as you can see my beer belly is kept underneath my poor belt.
