ugh i was hitting such a low low earlier and i just finished my period so i canβt even blame the hormones and i forced myself to go to the gym and sat in the car for like half hour before even going in my stomach hurt i cried and then i just got out of the car and went and now i still feel the low for the same reasons but not to the point where i canβt function like before its insane how much it fixes me every single time even if itβs not the best workout it always works.
