Description: The quirk user can breath and control fire while having chloro-kinetic abilities.

Ghost Fire’s body also transforms and becomes more plantlike and his skin is naturally a green shade with fiery eyes, and no pupils reminiscent of a Jack O’ Lantern or scarecrow.

Strengths: The user can manipulate any and all plant life around them as well as transform their own body into becoming a large plant-like creature as well as light their plant appendages on fire without damaging the plants themselves.

Weaknesses: The user can only control the plants nearby and under the ground within a certain radius. If the air is polluted the Quirk doesn’t work as well and the user grows very weak, almost sickly.

Description: The user can transform into a random form and gain powers depending on a target's phobia. The user targets a person by staring into their eyes for at least five seconds until their phobia is revealed and he then transforms into said phobia gaining abilities pertaining to it.

Strengths: The users body shifts into any given form based on phobias, and can trap them. The more severe the phobia the more intense the feelings of fear and despair which the user can take advantage of and attack their target physically or mentally.

Weaknesses: The user has to go five full seconds of unbroken eye contact for it to work and if the phobia is abstract, such as loneliness, the user cannot adapt.
