Holy abs!! 🤗 Proud after pic moment! After a conversation with a high school classmate recently, I was inspired to peek into the past and see where I was 20 years ago... What I found shocked me...😳 the picture on the left was taken 6 months post op from my first knee surgery in 1997, I was overweight, undernourished, inflamed, and toxic from a diet and lifestyle of unhealthy choices. Today, on the other hand, I am 6 months post op from my 2017 knee surgery and extremely excited to see the transformation that's taken place! Just under 4 years ago I began flooding my body with the power of 45 whole foods, and for the past 15 months have intentionally cleansed my body and mind by following a few guidelines. These changes have altered the trajectory of my health and life dramatically.  At 38 I look healthier and feel healthier than I was at 18.
