Prologue
I always imagined hitting my 30s and having at least a kid, a modest home, a job to keep my brain occupied and a sense that I knew ones self. But above all this I always imagined God to have kept me comfortable, being my pillow as the sun goes down every day. He would never put me in a position where I had to be challenged, right?
I sit here today with only one item on that list; a job to keep my brain occupied. As for the rest, the last year of my 20s has proven to be the boss battle of the century and the age I once looked forward to, now seems like it will be the empty feeling you get when it’s either game over or game complete.
