Sue me, but I’m all for white people having self-love. The problem is that it doesn’t currently exist. What racists and nazis call ‘white pride’ is actually just ‘pride in not being immigrants, mexicans, A-rabs or ni****rs because we decided all of those people were ugly and bad.’ They aren’t proud of THEMSELVES they are proud of how ‘pure’ they are- how not-anything-else-lesser they are. For how racist white people are I almost fucking never see white people dress up in the garb of whatever ethnicity they say they are when they say “I’m not white I’m  ___!”. They’ll buy a fake headdress or a quipao and show that off online but they don’t flaunt European cultural garb. They’ll get box braids and try to dread their hair bc those long-standing cultural hairdos entice them, but they don’t put their hair up in french medieval buns and wimples and shit. They’ll ‘experiment’ with hip hop but there are like so few Irish or Scottish folk groups getting attention; even American folk which is a pretty close relation, has always had a smaller audience. But who killed those cultures? Who turned white people away from their shit? Not minorities. White people, in wanting to consume everyone else’s cultures, belittled their own. Honestly, white people are not proud of being white. They hate it. If they were proud they wouldn’t need to appropriate ‘urban’ culture or ‘asian’ makeup or ruin Mexican holidays. They’d be too proud of who they were to do that. They’d be too proud of their identity to be so okay with lying and cheating. They’d be too full of self-love to have to degrade everyone else to feel okay. But they aren’t. Because what they are are diasporic and there’s no one to turn to because they burned all of their own bridges. They can’t be proud of being ‘white’ because that’s nothing. They need to get back to their roots but perhaps having to go through the part where their people were slave traders or profiting from slavery and war scares them too much to get far in the family tree. Everything about whiteness that seems lame and boring is only that way because that’s what they made. That’s what they trapped themselves in. They have only their ‘culture’ to blame. IDK. I’m all for white people getting into where they’re from and loving their traditions. There’s no excuse for them not to. It would give them something to do and perhaps a sense of pride other than ‘victory’. Their whole identity is based on consuming and destroying. It’s going to be empty forever if they don’t get in touch with themselves.

And no one has to set up a Fundraiser page just so that they DONT DIE???? So people don’t put off going to the doctor because they’re scared of going bankrupt?? Because healthcare is a RIGHT and should be free at the point of access?!?

Tear your ACL in a universal health care country and see what the people say if you should go to their hospitals or go to an American hospital, then talk shit.

And I’m not sure what you mean by your last bit. Are you really implying that countries other than the US couldn’t repair an ACL tear? Like, really? Do you think countries with universal healthcare have no resources or money? Sorry to burst your deluded bubble, but other countries can handle an ACL tear, and many other operations (even neurosurgery - shock horror!), just fine thanks. I’ve never seen a patient shipped off to America. 

So yeah, tell me again why should i pack my things and move right away to the US where i’d die unless i’m shitting gold like a freaking Lannister.
