The grind continues for the 90 Vanguard camp as their artist Jerm 9V releases a freestyle over Drake’s 0 - 100/The Catch Up. Jerm opens the song flexing his lyrical muscles as well as showing a strong sense of confidence. The second line of the song “Top 5 in the city, me my team and not you niggas” and later in the verse “They like ‘J you not the hottest’ I'm like ‘come again?’” Jerm found success after Material of Dreams dropped and he shows no signs of letting up. If we heard correctly, he is planning to release a new project or two? Lastly, during the breakdown, there is a vocal sample to close the track. The harmonies are not only captivating but there is just not enough. We need more. Stay tuned because from the looks of things, 90Vanguard is about to take over Charlotte.

Dizzy Wright just released visuals for his song "Reunite For The Night" and it's one of those feel good tracks. There's a lot of drugs, alcohol and fine females in the video. A simple message of celebrating life with good friends and good vibes all around. The song itself is still vivid lyrically and overall made me personally want to see what else Dizzy is really talking about. But for now, check the Reunite For The Night video, very dope.

The Charlotte based artist and member of 90 Vanguard camp Jerm 9V has released a new song entitled "Enigma". Following his recent release of the album "Material of Dreams", it seems that Jerm has wasted no time getting back into the studio. This track is proving that Jerm feels no restrictions and is willing to leave it all on wax. He features another Charlotte artist, Shome, who follows suit on his verse to create a dope track for the people. Keep up with the 90 Vanguard group, big things are coming from them this year.

By way of Twitter, I found this music video of a California based artist Pharo. Not only was the video wonderfully shot, but the sepia tone matches the flow of the song. It's a refreshing sound to hear out of Cali and I can't wait to hear the "Already Dead" EP set to drop on April 22nd.

Shoutout to the OSP crew as Yo Bizzy drops a new music video entitled "Gettin It". It is a visual trip filled with dreadlocks and blowup dolls as Bizzy flows on a real laid back spacey instrumental. The song cranks, watch the video above.

Stumbled upon the new drop from the StonerBoyz via Twitter entitled "International Stonerz". The StonerBoyz are still getting better. The flow, the beats, bars, all coming up quite nicely. The visuals seen above are pretty icy as well. Shoutout to AV3 and all StonerBoyz affiliates. Dope video.

After releasing his first solo album, Material of Dreams, Jerm releases visuals for the song The Morning. The video is something else to say the least. Very captivating and just enough confusion to draw you in. Well done. Watch above and share. 

Mixed by Jeff Thompson, Material of Dreams is an 11 track album that was highly anticipated and a long time coming. Despite the delays, it was all worth it in the end. Jerm set the bar high for himself by creating such a strong first solo project. However there is not one doubt that he isn’t capable of taking this further. New song from Detroit hip hop conglomerate PGM entitled "G.A.N.G.". This track is apart of their Mafia Mondays promo for the upcoming project #RillaGang. Produced by Triio "Dali" Bernard, the song is a great showcase of the bars and flows from each member of the PGM. Check the track and stay tuned for the drop of #RillaGang

New sounds from Alex Parchment, very spacey, video game like instrumental. Great beat, hopefully there is more to come.

Stumbled upon this song on Twitter and it gave me chills. This song is a late night gem that I'm glad I heard. Miss christianaKU$H can truly sing her ass off. The bars from Nina Saraphina were dope as well. Shoutout to the song choice too. It comes from Tycho's "A Walk" and fun fact: Rockie Fresh also sampled this on his song "Thick Bitch Hit My Jack". Highly wavy track to say the least.

Lil Herb and Lil Bibby are up next for Chicago hip hop. This is an old video, however Lil Bibby has a project entitled "Free Crack" set to drop soon. This song is hard and these two artists have bars to say the least. Cant wait for the tape to drop.
