Victor should've had more strangling attacks tbh, like during the boss fight with him vs leon, he should've grabbed leon by the throat a few times as have that be an attack you have to break out of less he just breaks your neck or rips your head off completely

u can tell capcom was in a period of grief after they killed off wesker because they just kept making variants of him. here's his son that exists btw, we're never gonna use him again. here's alex who's actually from the wesker making machine. that's a thing. here's wesker but he transitioned in 2020 so his name's fucking zeno and all he's gonna do is aura farm and then die
