I think the studyblr community especially needs to hear this. You don't have to be productive all the time, you need rest. Recovering from internalised capitalism means unpicking all the messages from family, friends, school and workplace that have reinforced the idea that you are a commodity, and that your worth is based on what you do. Your worth is inherent.

07.18.2020 // Where I left off yesterday? + Snapstudy #3

Today I went to see my doctor for my scoliosis assessment and my degree (is that what they call it?) turned to 31 from 40 (that’s 3 years of damn physical therapy and a lot of money wasted).

Currently I’m just studying and memorizing anatomical terms, getting in that ‘studying vibe’ even before classes (but I’ll make sure I finish watching Westworld Season 2 before classes starts because I’m never gonna forgive myself if I dont).

Start new bujo in the middle of the year for no apparent reason? Why, absolutely yes!
