Here’s @templemcr for #MapMyMcr to quote their Twitter “Yes, it used to be a toilet. No, you can’t piss anywhere.” I have had some crazy great nights here… No pissing involved honest-to many memories created with the night and day/roadhouse/ big hands crew combo to remember- for some reason the one that always bursts into my mind is dancing on the tables with Claire Kelsey late into the night/morning and the table finally giving way under the pressure of most of the bar clambering on when a jukebox favourite kicked in- there was a wobble-a cheer and then the world dropped suddenly and in our drunk fuzzy minds it was the best roller coast rider ever- we plummeted in unison smiling our arms still flailing around to the music and I seem to have a vague recollection of landing half on a friends lap in a hail of giggles-Raif the owner at that point looked over like it was normal smiled a relaxed smile, shrugged and carried on a in depth conversation over his pint and a barfly - love this place so not go there enough these days… #lettering #letters #illustration #illustrated #drawn #ink #inked #Manchester #mcr #mcruk #graphicdesign #sketch #doodle
