Daniel’s writing again! How terrifying!!!
You stand in front of the forge, flames ablaze within it. They lit up the dark room you stood in, allowing you to see more clearly what it was you were doing.
Your small, clawed hand hovered over the glowing green, floating panel that was next to you.
The glitching 1’s and 0’s that came from it made your fingertips twitch, the code causing a slight burning feeling.
You glance back behind you a few times, the fear that someone would see you creeping up your spine.
After a deep breath for confidence, you lift up the linkedsword that you held in your other hand, placing it over the forge.
As you tap something on the hack panel that floated beneath your fingertips, the once orange and golden flames within the forge began to shift into a bright, eye straining green hue.
You watch as the inferno consumes the blade for what seems like mer moments, your grasp on it wavering as your hand began to shake.
You watch as the blade grew wider and longer, it’s very metal beginning to glitch and seemingly z-fight.
The hilt of this training sword was now adorned with spikes and a single, bright red cross in the middle.
And, as if the flames had dyed it, the sword in your hand was now a green hue.
you lift it from the fire and up to your face, gazing at it in awe.
If this blade wasn’t capable of challenging his, you weren’t sure what was. Well, apart from Darkheart of course.
You turn on your heel, your newly forged blade in hand as you leave the smithy and begin to skip back to your chambers in a chipper manner, proud of your handy work.
You rub your eye as you make your way.
Perhaps it was simply just from staring at the flames in the forge, but your eyes had begun to ache.
