Us five met making Minecraft videos. We always want to keep making Minecraft videos. One project does not take away time from the others.

“My goal is to upload at least 2-4 Exile episodes this year. This series is one of my favorite projects SOTS has worked on, and it makes me sad that we’ve had to go on such a large break. The reason for the break is a bit of an odd one haha, but I hope you all hear me out with it:

I wrote Exile using an old campaign from Indi as a base specifically to cope with the 2024 election. I was so anxious that summer and so angry at the world. No one was taking the genocide of the Palestinian people seriously, and to make things even worse? Trump was winning. I could see it. I felt it. I saw people around me falling for propaganda again and again, and I was having violent debates in all of my classes, and everything made me sick. I made those first few episodes of Exile to put all my fears and feelings into…and then Trump won. And I went catatonic for a few weeks. And I spent a long time trying to get myself out of a dark, self-violent place because of those results.
