All fitness levels are welcome. There is no such thing as a beginner, unless you like to limit yourself! Challenege yourself, we must all start somewhere. Please be cognizant of any pre-existing medical conditions that may prevent you from walking, squating, steap steeping, and rock climbing as all hikes may, or may not encounter such enviroments.
