An ironic parallel considering the idea of “tough love” parenting that plenty of boomers like to use. If they buy into the idea that their kids just have to toughen up and face the real world without guidance or emotional support, I’m sure it does scare them to read a story where someone who wasn’t given any support began to resent their creator and turn on them.

the whole concept of tiktok being the new tumblr for kids makes me insane bc imagine the stupidest shit you’ve said on here as a kid but instead of a text post no one cares about it’s a video of you physically saying that shit out loud on the internet forever. i would just have to die

can u believe some people can see a cat & not immediately be filled with absolute unconditional love for that animal. they dont even get the urge to kiss them right on their little baby cat head. thats incomprehensible to me
