Being skinny fat is not for the weak bc every time someone calls me tiny all I can think abt is how I’m bigger than I used to be & what they’d think if they saw me then 💔

When I have a cold Diet Coke, a fresh vape, haven’t eaten all day & I genuinely hit flow state 🧘‍♀️

Why is falling asleep during a fast so hard I stg I’ve been laying here for almost an hr now 😭

Made peanut butter cookies for bf & treated myself to a pumpkin latte 😚 oatmilk ofc, still was prob 300ish cals. Going to the gym now to burn it all off, still on a liquid fast! Felt very faint so I allowed myself the coffee lol
