“I am! I am!”

Regulus pushed harder against the fallen pillars. He was just tired from all the fighting earlier, however, he still have enough strength to push harder on the pillars. With both of their strength, they pushed the pillars back to the pile of other broken pillars. All the saints were moving all the broken pillars to one location so they are not scattered everywhere in the Sanctuary grounds.

“We did it!”

 “Good! now seven more!” 

looking at the destruction caused, it was a miracle there were some pillars left. Usually sparring seasons weren’t this destructive, alas there was just some people who are over eager for destruction. 

 “Can you do it?”

 “put your back into it!” push! Push!

❝Ah but then there’s the sort of rivalry on who has the best shampoo, ❞ she remarked, totally amused.  ❝I guess a hair competition is in order. With how my fellow Female Saints seem to hold some envy on how shiny and smooth looking the hair is in your comrades. ❞

“Huh…oh yeah, it is a nice weather. Sunny, I like it when it is sunny…”

This was very awkward and that was rare. Regulus had a talent of talking to people but this time it was different. He didn’t know what to say. Aldebaran had invited him to go shopping in Rodorio village and he quickly accepted as he saw this was a good chance to apologize to him. It was his fault for running away when Aldebaran was trying to find him. He was so scared and angry at himself at that time. He blamed himself for his father’s death and still do but when he heard from his uncle that Aldebaran blamed himself for not being able to find him, he knew he had to apologize and explained to him that it was his fault not Aldebaran. Aldebaran had no reason to blame himself.

“Do you need help carrying that sack of potatoes?”

Even though he knew Aldebaran can carry the sack of potatoes just fine, he felt like he had to at least offer to help.

Aldebaran knew that there was death, but the golden saint was at that point almost blessedly retired. He had hoped at least that when he died, it would have been by sickness rather then anything else. 

He thought wrong, but that didn’t stop him from blaming himself, after all this is a war now. there would be casualties, he could not stop that. 

 “...Are you sure? Its rather heavy.” because there were a lot of big eaters within the sanctuary, despite having so little members. 

Athena, please come back. 

Was there anything more awkward then meeting your friend son for the first , second time...and not knowing how to interact? Its been his fault that he didn’t look hard enough. 

 “...nice weather, huh.”

Carrying a sack of potatoes never seemed so awkward. 

“…”

This wasn’t unbelievable, as per se, regarding this time-travelling could simply be due to the lines of the alternate universes blurring. Dimension travel was fairly easy to do after mastering the seventh sense.

“Time-travel or resurrection?”

It was a long shot, not unusual.

 “Unless a god took my memory, time travel. Whats the year right now? If I can ask.”

When all the current gold saints are dead and there is a lull of peace…Regulus didn’t want to think about it but he knew it would happen. After the war finished, there were so many saints who would have died during the war. It was war but that didn’t mean Regulus like thinking about it.

“I understand. Although after this war, both of us would most likely be dead.”

However, before the war is different but now they are in the middle of war.

“I understand how important it is to get as much money as possible for the Sanctuary.” He chuckled at Aldebaran’s grimace. “You are probably right. Other than that I know how to do basic sewing and basic hair cutting if you think that would help. I also know how to fish too.”

The problem was his skills were basic. Like example sewing, he only knows how to patch up rip clothing. He didn’t have enough skill to create new clothing.

 “Well, I suppose mending clothes is a business itself. ... Ah, perhaps I’m getting too ahead of my self. Your a young man with a full life ahead, leave the sacrifices to those who have lived as long as we have. After all the sanctuary above all else needs to remain after the war is done, and at least one gold saint needs to stay alive...” 

And Leo being the youngest... 

“It isn’t the credibility of your status that’s confusing.”

Camus didn’t doubt that the cloth he wore and the fact that this Aldebaran carried himself with the pride of a gold saint, was more than enough proof. He stared a bit longer at Aldebaran, he knew who the Taurus was speaking of and that this one didn’t knew Camus knew was telling enough. It wasn’t his comrade.

“Dragon Shiryu. He’s the pupil of Dohko, I’m surprised he wasn’t promoted to a gold cloth already.”

 “Hmm...dragon cloth huh. Sounds...” Hmm, he looks too deep in contemplation right now. But alas, all good things don’t last. He makes a snapping motion with his fingers. 

That wasn’t really how the Sanctuary he knew worked, each saint had the responsibility to tutor pupils regardless of experience and most of the trainees were young children. Cosmo training was easier to start at earlier ages, or perhaps it was the urgency of the incoming holy war that caused the previous Pope to enforce such laws. “You aren’t the Aldebaran I am acquainted with.”
