Have you ever wondered why almost every hypnosis audio has background music? No one really questions it — it’s just there, humming beneath the words.

The simplest answer: recognition. If a hypnotist always uses the same track, it becomes a signature. A sound that tells your brain, here begins the trance. It’s branding, but deeper — a cue, a ritual, a doorway.

But that’s not the only reason. If the hypnotist’s voice is the main weapon, why would they want to cover it? Unless the sound itself is part of the hypnosis.
