Logo design for The Blessing Barn

The Blessing Barn is a thrift store and sharing center who sells everything from clothing to household items to small and big furniture. Through received donations they resell at a large discount in order to benefit the community. The Blessing Barn is a store operating under Compassion New England, and facilitates Heating Assistance, Family Feeding and Clothing Programs, ESL classes, GED classes,and much more.

The client wanted a design inspired by DIY industrial aesthetic with exposed wood and such. Inspired by Urban Outfitters, Anthropology , Chipotle, and Brooklyn like hipster stores. Brighter colors and a happy feeling, as they have a sharing component with the store for underprivileged families and single mothers. The design have to communicate hope, but in a cool way.
