I've never seen got in its whole, i tried so many times getting into it until i managed to hate watch 4 seasons, then i got into it and watched s5 to 8 as the episodes were released.

There is a lot i dislike about this, especially as a female viewer and i wanna acknowledge that. A part of the first book shouldn't even been allowed to be published imo. I didn't read beyond that book.

I do like the world building, the fantasy and such. I love Daenerys, and the lore about Targaryens and old Valyria and the language. The dragons, the north and the wall and the white walkers. I wanna try watching it in its whole because there's so much i didn't fully register or understand during my first watch. I'm already noticing my focus is completely different seeing it on dvd than on streaming, yes i regret getting the dvds ages ago and will sell them eventually as i have with some other got merch i had. It sucks my computer doesn't have a cd room and i have to use an external drive, and i even had to download a dvd program, i miss how it was before.

The show ended SO badly i was pissed for years about it, but i finally feel like i'm in a place (also because of the spin offs) where i can sit down and rewatch it again. I do have some fond memories like how the got universe inspired me to do a lot of sfx makeups that the official got twitter shared :')

#i feel like i should spend my time doing or watching smth else than rewatch but whatever #i also worked with some got crew on the movies i was an extra in so that's cool #but omg there's also so much we didn't get an answer to and triggering parts that i need to be cautious of #i'm doing episode by episode if i don't feel like watching more i won't #got rewatch

I'm tempted to rewatch got but i might do it on the dvds i got ages ago then (which i regret and wanna sell)

#less distractions then #i don't have s8 but that's fine it sucked anyway #i had so many dvds as a kid my parents too although we got rid off most i kept my faves tho i got two binders to save space although there #are still more i could sell but idk if it's worth it when i only have the cd #i have some dvds still in cover like my barbie and twilight movies <3 #all this analog media on ig made me think like why did i sell or get rid off stuff but honestly I don't think there's any movie i regret #getting rid off and most i did were kids stuff and not good ones cause those i kept

Been reading this book series and i really liked book 1 because it had plot and it didn't have much smut, more hints to it and actually good yearning and chemistry.

However the other books in the series have been heavily on smut (and not even good smut, and the chemistry just died) and less plot which isn't my thing. If i want to read smut i go on tumblr/ao3, i want my books to have plot 😭
