am i tempted to spend all the money i should be saving in my hysa to get the hobonichi weeks and the cousin? and the cute covers (specifically the moomin or the monchichi ones) yes, yes i am. will i actually do that though? maybe. very strong maybe.

1. friend are not always people you can lean on

yk, going into college, you're told that this is where you'll make some life-long friends. and frankly, i thought i had those people in my life once i hit my junior year and i was still friends with some people from my freshman year! until i had a mental breakdown and needed a social break because of my grandmother's passing, and all my friends still expected me to be at the top of my game. and when i wasn't, they essentially left me out of things, stopped talking to me, and never reached out to check on how i was.

2. juggling school, a relationship, and time is easy if you want to do it

3. professors are not as bad as they may seem

4. you don't have to be nice to get to the top.

in my last year, i stopped apologizing in my emails and sending well wishes. my professors never did so, my boss never did either. i was well within my rights as a student and employee to be as assertive as they were.

5. titties work for pervy old professors.
