My next poem about my experiences with being Bipolar.

A poem to explain to you, I may criticize, and that may be hard to process... But I don't do it to harm you or to knock you down. I see potential in you, and want you to see it as well. I want to inspire growth, not hate. Please consider these thoughts.

That’s a good question… when I was growing up I was so depressed. I used to tell everyone how much I wish I had never been born cuz I didn’t want to live. No one ever seemed to care. I always wished someone would come to my side, give me a hug and tell me that I matter. That person would have been my hero back then. I would have never forgotten them. So, now… I try to be the change I want to see. I want you all to have atleast one hero out there that truly cares about you.

The following is a poem about my feelings on how It can be to live in a society that doesn’t feel as if it is meant for all of us. I want you all to know, You are never alone… if everyone else fails, I’ll still be here for you. Please reach out if you feel the desire to be heard, I will always listen with an open mind and an empathetic heart. Stay safe.
