my grandmother said the food banks are a good idea for later in the month

I’m saying all this to ask PLEASE HELP ME. I don’t know what to do i need advice please

My therapist gave me information for food banks but if my mom finds out she’ll get so angry

My mom decided she doesn’t want to work anymore and is fucking up my entire young adult life now

I don’t have enough money to pay for college books I’m scared

I can’t do this anymore

I’m 19 I’m supposed to be looking forward to college not dreading it because i don’t know how to pay for my books

I was too incredibly anxious to even leave the house comfortably before i was on antidepressants and I’m being punished for being mentally ill by having not enough money to sustain myself

I need money i need to not worry how I’m gonna get food and how i’ll pay for therapy and everything i need help i don’t know what to do I just want to be a normal young adult who’s parents “still support them” even though my mom doesn’t do shit

#I’m genuinely genuinely thinking of making a gofundme #would that be bad #my therapist gave me resources for food pantries

Not to be gross but I’m sweating literally so much from just being a little warm and I get so dizzy and sick feeling from the heat now and this is all new from being on antidepressants

And nobody realizes this when i say I’m hot.
