What if Aldis actually regretted how his wrestling career ended, and now, as GM, he not only hates Gunther because of his bullying/Antics, but he consequently resents the man so much that he laments his success - success he wishes he had for himself. Aldis is a good, hardworking guy - he deserves success more than a bully! And what if Aldis resents Gunther so much he becomes inspired to re-enter the ring. What if their match isn't a one-off. What if, after feuding with Gunther, Aldis remains an active wrestler and chases the dreams he buried some time ago. What if the driving force back to doing what he loves most is actually pure, unadulterated hatred and jealousy. What if Aldis leaves this feud with a demented compulsion to thank Gunther for waking him up. What then. They need to have it out I'm going crazy over here
