powers coming from dragons was established in canon was not said by jus wu but by other people (in season 9 and in dragons rising especially) but i dont think its not possible for elemental powers to come from elsewhere, which would be a very, very interesting concept to look into! but powers coming from the source dragons is like an entire established thing and existed loooong before fsm (and the brothers) even existed/born. i do think its interesting and cool for an oni to gain elemental powers, but they certainly could not wield the powers of creation

and what if I said I was thinking of making the Heart Ninja the great-to-the-nth-degree granddaughter of Mystake 👉👈

Thinking about how Kai and Sadie’s semi-breakup at the end of the Fire Chapter is almost entirely a Comedy Tragedy of Errors-

rewatching the only good part of Rebooted (the scenes at Garmadon’s monastery), and I think it’s sooo funny that, based on Garmadon’s reaction to Zane powering up the Techno Blade, he honest to Sources believed that Zane was about to torture Pixal for information XDD Like sir??? Do you know something about Zane’s personality that we don’t??? Why would you immediately come to that conclusion???

Ninjago fans will really look you dead in the eye and say with a straight face: “Yeah, Wu is the son of a man who’s half-Oni, half-Dragon, the brother of a man who’s half-Oni, half-Dragon, and the uncle of a man who’s quarter-Oni, quarter-Dragon… but that doesn’t mean he has an Oni form!”
