MIGHT & THUNDER !

I’m going to be rebooting Thor to a clean blog over the next few days with some changes. The new blog will be fully 616 ( with a crossover 616-meets-MCU verse ). this blog has grown a lot in the last year and a half and a clean slate is needed!

the gentle physical affection... getting to subtly show your love to the world... feeling that new puppy love no matter how long you've been together... you want a love that is sweet and gentle, where every date you go on feels like your first. you want to be showered in romantic gestures, to be praised and adored, for every moment to be worthy of saving in your internal scrapbook. you want every kiss to be a memory. although an admirable goal, it is important to keep in mind that love is not always easy, and occasionally requires some effort. although you should never endure abuse or neglect, it is normal for relationships to have bumps in the road; do not treat these bumps like mountains.

tony takes a few steps back, his hands gripping thor’s until the god is standing in front of him. he gives a grin in response to his grumbles, but he can’t help feel like their teetering on the edge of something more now. it’s been a long time since he’d been this excited for the thought of a maybe relationship with someone. he cleared his throat and chuckled, dropping one hand in favor of twining their fingers together. tony turns on his heel and began guiding the other to thor’s room, not stopping until they were at the god’s door.

    “come on, big guy,” he says, pushing the door open with his arm and leading thor to the bed. “i think it’s time you get some sleep. and–” he lets out a breath, “if you want, when you’re sober in the morning, we can talk about these feelings, hm?”

THERE’S A FAINT SWAY TO HIS STEP, it’s true: scarce but there. A drag of a foot here, a looseness in his shoulders that betrays the truth that he’s had a drink or two TOO MANY. It’s not something he’s terribly UNFAMILIAR with, though, and he just GRINS in response to Tony’s urging.
