Mullein -Ā one quarter cupĀ
Rose petal - one eighth cupĀ
DamianaĀ - one eighth cupĀ
Raspberry leafĀ - one eighth cupĀ
Chamomile -Ā one eighth cupĀ
Lavender - just a sprinkle
Ceremonial Sage - just a sprinkle
Chakra Blend ::Ā Ā PSYCHIC ABILITES - INTRUSIVE THOUGHT - MINDFULNESS
Skullcap - one quarter cupĀ
Damiana - one quarter cupĀ
Mullein - one half cupĀ Ā
Hekate Fire Blend :: This is one of my favorite blends by far! The Mullein, Marshmallow, Lobelia, and Damiana are really good for lung health and the nervous system. The Uva Ursi gives body and edge to this bend, much like tobacco smoke. You may wish to replace either the Skullcap or Damiana with dried Mugwort.
Uva Ursi Leaf (or Blackberry Leaf) - one quarter
Marshmallow Leaf - one eighth cup
Lobelia - just a sprinkle
Hygieia Healing Blend ::Ā mental clarity and concentration
California poppy - one quarterĀ
Spearmint - one eighth cupĀ
Yerba mate - one eighth cupĀ
Spinning Coyote Blend ::Ā Insomnia - Anxiety Control - and to Reduce Smoking Ganja.Ā Good for insomnia, āspinning outā, to stop or reduce marijuana smoking, and for anxiety and nervousness. A good end of the day or bedtime smoke or for relaxing with friends. A really good smoke for those perfectionists who are addicted to the adrenaline and ego thrill of being really really busy and have trouble slowing down.Ā Ā
Passionflower - one quarter
Manzanita - one eighth cup
Fennel / Anise Seed - sprinkle
Take It Easy Blend :: Sensual calming effect of Hops and Skullcap together. Hops has a funny smell to it, kind of like ripe cheese, but it smokes with a nice flavor and no aftertaste. You may feel a little stoned.. if you are feeling depressed, I would smoke Spinning Coyote instead of this one. Hops has a tendency towards being a downer herb.. but if you are overall balanced in life it could be really good and grounding to journey with Hops.The Manzanita mixed in will give it more of an edge.
