So I was watching Rudolph the Rednosed Reindeer today and I noticed something

As we all know, Hermey has some swoopy blonde hair. But if you look at the other people next to him, they’re both male and neither of them have hair. None of the other boy elves have any hair. In one scene we see one of their hats fall off and they’re literally all bald.

But do you know who does have hair? Blonde hair none the less,

Yep! The female elves!

So, to me, it seems pretty obvious that Hermey is trans. This would also make sense as to why they disliked him so much. They weren’t just disapproving of his interest in dentistry, they were most likely also disapproving of his gender.
