If you say it was because it was part time then the interviewer reject you for part time positions because youre obviously unloyal and will leave when something else presents itself. (no duh) Its like ambition is bad.

If you say there was no room for growth, then ambition is also bad because you may leave them for something better when they cant or wont promote you.

If you say you needed a change you are pressured to answer more fully and place blame in some way but then you are considered a threatening employee because you talked poorly of a pervious employer.

If you say anything negative but honest you are troublesome, if you say things too vaguely you are dishonest and possibly untrustworthy.

I cannot win.

I said I left job today because I did not wish to be employed there any longer, my interview told me that that was offputting and that I should be more careful about my answers. But I could not say my real reasons.

That I left a job because the manager offered me a promotion I worked my ass off for but took it away when the previous position holder wanted to keep the job just because she had found out it was being offered to me.

That I left a job because the Director they hired retaliated against me when I reported him for attempting to short change my hours so he would not get in trouble for over scheduling me.

That I left a job because they were not following labor law regulations for supplying pay stubs, they continuously had me doing tasks I enjoyed but were not my job description then hired people to take those tasks and do them for a salary while they were completly against giving me a raise more than $11 to keep doing those tasks; and they were so berating that I was begining to think I had a develpmental mental problem, I seriously thought I was mentally disable from they amount they insulted me.
