Watched the y2k x-men movies after a long while. And my god, last stand maybe isnât a good one but that aside, what I wanna mention is the quality of cgi here. Like how mostly good it looks compared to sometimes nowadays mcu cgi. We all know why that is a thing today, just wanted to mention my, well, surprise is the wrong word, but that I realized again by direct comparison
Was that it for x-men97 season 2?? I canât even explain what felt so off about it. Itâs like it was over in a blink of an eye? Itâs like so much happened, but also nothing? Like I said, I canât put it into words. (And I waited until it was complete to watch them in two sittings)
EDIT: I feel like season 1 felt much more fleshed out? Like it had good structure and didnât feel as hectic/all over the place?
I really wonder why they wonât give gambit his black/red eyes. CG wise it should be totally possible and it would make channing tatum look more authentic as the character. I mean his eyes are one of the core visual features or signature looks.

Art dump: Just Spike loving to pose in different outfits and also enjoying some Blooba (blood boba). â¨
Doing some btvs related ref research only to surprisingly find a very old reddit post of one of my buffy art, to see then a critique that is surprised that I donned the villains with star of david all across them and how weird that is. And I was baffled, like what the fuck? As if that was my intention.
I wanted to create this piece with as much typical art nouveau elements as I can. One of the much used elements at that time when I got more into art nouveau was for example the six pointed star, that swirls across the piece or parts of the piece. In art nouveau it has many symbolisms, but the main one I knew of is for decorative purposes to show the geometric harmony/symmetry found in how flowers grow, a simplification of flower art if you will. The other was two triangles that merge to represent that one can not exist without the other or how they interlock, opposing elements and how they create universal balance.
So I used them as part of typical art nouveau decor, that was simply the main part (so the villains wouldnât look stacked upon, so thereâs a break in that sort of âstiffâ composition) and the other minimal part as a philosophical concept that reminded me of yin and yang. One example is for example how Buffy admitted herself that she may want to live life like a normal person, but she also accepts that she wants and needs to be the slayer, unifying human and slayer essence, which came very late in the story and culminated into season 7 (and into post buffy canon stuff).
WIP so far. Drinking the blood boba? Bloody boba? Blooba?
Imagine how much more peaceful sunnydale could be with a boba/blooba shop led by anti-hunt vamps. Dif blood types and extras and boba for the chewing effect/texture, instead of the weetabix.

Copying data from my macbook to my seagate expansion hdd and at first I noticed it being a bit slower and then I noticed it actually stopping mid data copy from time to time. And I am like uh oh this canât be happening, I got this thing not even a year ago.
So I wanna make sure my hdd is fine, only to find out I canât smart check external devices on apple products. :)))) so you need to A) download a software that doesnât even work because you need to additionally install smth that apple prohibits every way it can or B) do it via terminal coding (and I need the coding term of my seagate, which I do not know). So now I canât check if itâs ok.
