Visitor from far away seas Barreleye Ashore wearing armor fashioned after ancient god-like being. A rather unpleasant person, not interested in affairs of "the surface" (as she calls it), which she's forced to wander for the foreseeable future. Her heart longs for water's depths.

Small design note: the ancient god-like being is a Pteraspis. Ashorian gods tend to look like prehistoric fish.

Crucian carp

Finally forced myself to use those gouache I got a while ago, which is a first time for me. I haven't touched any paints since middle school really. Homemade paper may be no calf skin parchment, and it's certainly tougher to paint on, but it's pretty so I don't mind.
