At what point did roy become salem and why did you decide to revive him as a separate character?
Roy became Salem the moment I knew I didn't like that name for him and changed it, IRL speaking, he was still Roy somewhat for some time. He kept being Salem in name, slowly turning into what he's today; Looking rotten, zombie-robot hybrid, trapped in a limited-ground town for eternity
Roy was reborn cuz of my nostalgia over his first design. I made in on a picrew really late, almost didn't sleep because of how happy I was with how he looked. He's an artificial and defective guardian angel, the kind that idk give bad luck to the people he looks after, but also gives enough luck for them not to die in the process (if that's any). He takes the situation with humor
They differ by:
- Salem having multicolor skin and Roy being singular. Roy also still has his pupils and some blush
- Salem's halo is inserted in his head and Roy's float. Both being taken off leads to their bodies shutting down
- Roy wears formal (he's on the clock most of the time) while Salem clothes are more street
- Roy wears shades. Salem has way more stitch patterns than Roy. Roy has a shorter fringe and hair than Salem
- Their hair colors ❤️🩷
Want to put them together more, being my favorites rn and all. Maybe I'll make Roy more apart from Sal
