Looking for something to do after Artfight ends?
Come fight for team moonbeam or team sunray on Stimfight all throughout August!
(inspired by, not affiliated with last year’s @stimfight)
(also not competing or affiliated with September's @stim-fight)
How do I participate?
☀️ First, you'll need a wishlist.
This will tell people what characters, themes, stim types, and colors you’d love to see in their gifts for you. It should also include any boundaries or things you don't want included.
🌙 Once you have that, fill out the entry form here!
This will get you added to your team roster. You can choose the team you'd like to participate on, or leave it up to fate. Forms will be accepted through August 1st.
☀️ Then, you simply make stimboards for each other!
🌙 Please make sure each attack is posted and submitted to the submission form for scoring.
What will scoring look like?
☀️ Base attack: +5 points
🌙 Friendly fire (attacking your own team): -1 point
☀️ Revenge (making a board for someone who made one for you first): +1 point
🌙 Each custom GIF used: +1 point
☁️ More bonuses may be announced during the event!
What rules should I be aware of?
☀️ First and foremost, be kind to each other:
This is a non-DNI event. This doesn't mean it requires messaging or following anyone who makes you uncomfortable, but it does mean you shouldn't exclude individuals from attacking you for differing opinions.
🌙 This is a safe for work event:
Please do not include any sexual NSFW on your boards, and if your blog is primarily NSFW please participate from a side blog. Blood and gore should be properly tagged.
☀️ Remember that this is a gifting game:
Attacks should include at least one theme from the recipient's wishlist and should absolutely not include anything they've requested be left out.
🌙 What qualifies as an attack:
A stimboard, for the purpose of this game, must be a compilation of images and gifs (at least 4 moving gifs) based around a central theme. It does not necessarily have to be 3x3, it must at least fill the same space a 3x3 grid would. Attacks must be made for another player during the month of August.
Attacks will be accepted through August 31st, and the winning team by point total will be revealed on September 5.
