This is a leadership problem

But he is pissing a lot of people off. Cutting people without discussing their needs. Or even ignoring their health for the want of making money. He turned groupmates against each other into thinking they can't want anything that is not going to profit SM. Fans going crazy at the fact they have to cry for the idols that left and worry about their idols who are there. And stockholders feeling royally fuck'd. SM needs to have a board meeting about this CEO and kick HIM out without warning.
