Most people are taught to prioritize conscious focus — the surface of awareness, what’s right in front of you. Colonized systems condition this by making life all about awareness itself: what you like, don’t like, wish it was, wish it wasn’t.

While they do the exact opposite of what they tell you to stay away from through the lenses of colonized faith/belief/doctrine.

That’s how you get trapped in cycles of sentiment, replaying the same wounds under a new setting.

But sovereignty comes alive when you intentionally shift to subconscious focus.

🔍 Conscious Focus (Colonized Pattern)

Makes reality all about the awareness itself.

Example: “This is how it is, this is all I see, this is all I am.”
