Fatal child ending prolly gotta be my fave ninah ending... Theres so much to unravel there. One of seductive womans last words are "You look so much like your father" makes me think she actually knew him, as she is a godlike deity after she dies I like to believe she is in a paradoxical loop with the homeowner where she is his mother and lover and he is his own father and child. when The protag kills the baby its a metaphor for his father destroying his psyche via abuse which made him develop ASPD and become a shut-in, and then the homeowner dies and the baby grows up and the cycle repeats
